Krickey got her Ruger LCR (Light Compact Revolver) and was very-anxious to shoot it out at the range. So a short vid showing her first time shooting and so far we've got mixed reviews. It's significantly lighter than my S&W .357 Magnum for sure - but that translates into a significantly higher amount of kick - even with 38-Special rounds. She was okay with the heavier 158-gn bullets overall (will get the brand, they were cheap Italian rounds...) and the Remington hollow-point rounds we got as well. I think she started nice and high on the grip to be more "behind" the gun - but then as she shot it her grip got a bit lower and it seemed to rotate up on her more - actually bruising the back of her right hand where her left-thumb was. We're going to go out again soon and I'll work to update this description with what we find if she hold it as high as she's comfortable. Very solid, crisp trigger; Great hammerless design; Very light overall (hence the name...). Will take some getting used to or some alternate grips maybe too. We'll see... Thanks for watching!
